Hotel muy recomendable, ya que al parecer tiene nueva administración. Buena atención de su personal, habitaciones sencillas, pero limpias, ropa de cama limpia y en buenas condiciones, si te hospedas varios días, te cambian diario la ropa de cama, toallas en buen estado y limpias, Wifi, precios justos y buena ubicación. Es un hotel para descansar ya sea que vayas a Valle de Santiago por negocios o de visita. Mi próximo viaje no dudaré en reservar.
Bastante tranquilo, descanso sin problemas, reciben tarjeta y facturan de inmediato. Agua caliente y cable, solo las tv están algo pasadas. Internet sin problema.
Muy buen servicio, las avitaciones muy limpias y muy cómodas, todo muy bien, los costos muy accesibles, y está en buena ubicación, cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento, lo recomiendo al !!!
El costo de 350 MXN por noche para una persona se me hizo justo. Sí hay agua caliente toda la noche, lo único malo es que el agua de la regadera puede correrse hasta la habitación, el hostess te pide que pongas una toalla como barrera, no sé si sólo sea en esa habitación o en todas. En la noche se escuchan algo los ruidos de la carretera. El hotel queda caminando a 22 minutos de la central y cerca del hotel no hay lugares para comer en la noche, si no quieres salir (porque está muy solo) hay Rappi en Valle de Santiago. Trato amable por parte del personal. Buen lugar para llegar a descansar.
Hotel limpio, cuartos sencillos pero agradables, personal muy amable, precios justos y ubicación accesible. Es un lugar tranquilo para descansar y adecuado si viajas con familia. Regresaré en mi próxima visita a Valle de Santiago.
